We had to gather a significant amount of information about each student. As I said before, we asked them to bring us or email the information to use as soon as they could. I can't say it was easy, some of the students seemed oblivious to the fact that we were working to a deadline. We did in the end manage to get the majority of the students information (some were removed as they did not hand in a garment to be photographed). We ended up with something that looked like this....
A rather large stack of names with information attached to the majority and scribbles on the others. We did manage to get all we needed in the end and then spent a a great deal of time inputting all of the information we had into the document.
